Cayleigh Metcalf (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) specializing in trauma, depression, anxiety, and self-harm. Cayleigh takes an eclectic approach to therapy which mostly relies on a Rogerian Person-Centered approach, encouraging the client to feel safe enough to explore change in a validating and comfortable space. Her main focus is to create a strong and powerful working relationship with the client that enables trust and growth.
